The LifeDirect team is led by Jaime. An accountant by trade and a keen sportsperson outside of work, she brings a grounded yet competitive energy to the team. Originally from Scotland, Jaime feels right at home in Wellington’s balmy climate, where she lives with her husband and three young children.
As LifeDirects Marketing Manager, Fran’s task is to ensure we look after our valued customers and find great new ones. Fran spends her spare time with her young family, renovating her house and sampling the local cafes and coffee of Wellington.
Ben is part of our Customer Care team, which makes sure your application goes as smoothly as possible. In his spare time Ben enjoys spending time with friends and family, has an interest in computers and has recently taken up photography.
Blair manages LifeDirect’s dedicated Customer Care team, ensuring that your application is smooth and quick, and providing expert help if a claim is ever needed. In Blair’s spare time she enjoys catching up with friends and family, playing indoor netball and running around after her new puppy.
Carey’s here to ensure the smooth set up of your new insurance policy. During her spare time Carey enjoys making jewellery and practising Bikram yoga.
Daniel E is one of the latest additions to the Customer Care team. He is here to make your application process as stress-free and easy as possible! Daniel loves making theatre, going to the beach and all things summer.
Ian helps to make your insurance application stays on track. In his spare time, Ian enjoys watching and making film and theatre, and makes regular trips back home to the Kapiti Coast to spend time with his family, including his three nephews.
Laura helps to take care of your application once you’ve completed it online. Outside of work Laura enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach and a good movie.
Lizzie’s an expert in the insurance assessment process, making sure that your insurer assesses your application as quickly and fairly as possible. Lizzie’s completed a Certificate in Medical Terminology at Auckland University of Technology, and enjoys spending time with her partner and four adorable cats.
Sam is the newest addition to the Customer Care Team, and he can’t wait to give you a hand with your insurance questions. When he’s not at work, Sam enjoys a range of things from sports, watching and writing films, as well as reading and writing comics and a good cuppa tea.
Sean is here to help with your insurance application. Sean’s passion is sport and he’s a die-hard Black Caps follower. Sean also loves heading back to Christchurch to catch up with friends and family.
Tim joined the LifeDirect crew in mid 2016 and is a great asset to the team when it comes to helping clients with their applications. Tim is originally from Sydney, Australia and has been living in Wellington since 2009. His interests are music, film and he is a keen photographer.
Daniel works in LifeDirect’s tech team, helping to provide smooth support behind the scenes. Daniel likes dogs, design and music!
Dylan is part of our web team, helping to develop and make the site quick and easy to use. He is passionate about all things technology and design related. Outside of the tech field he enjoys football, music and catching up with friends.
As LifeDirect’s Lead Developer, Malin is responsible for managing, maintaining and developing the applications and infrastructure for LifeDirect to ensure our service is easy, fast, and secure. Outside of work, Malin loves to travel and experience new cultures and food!
As LifeDirect’s graphic designer, Matt’s task is to ensure that LifeDirect’s website not only looks great, but is also a pleasure to use. His affinity for all things artistic continues when he’s not at work, with creating music and taking photos featuring high on his list of favourite pastimes.
