Established in 1973 as New Zealand's first insurance company to deal exclusively through external advisers.
We are a privately-owned company with 104 staff. Our head office is in Auckland and we also have offices in Wellington and Christchurch.

Our funds management is outsourced to leaders from New Zealand and around the world. These include Tyndall, ING, Platinum Asset Management, State Street and Tower Asset Management. This enables us to provide better and more consistent returns to our policyholders. The performance of these fund managers is monitored by an in-house investment management committee and an independent consultant.
Our strong investment performance is proven by the consistent top quartile rankings of our managed funds against those in the marketplace.
